The straight dope on what's going on in Hip-Hop, Media and Entertainment

Dec 5, 2006

Lil' Wayne is taking shots at everyone, including Jay-Z, Young Buck, The Clipse and Pharrell Williams in Complex magazine's new December/January issue.

The self-proclaimed "best rapper alive since the best rapper retired" apparently has revised his position. During an interview with Complex, Weezy revealed that he now feels he's second to none on the mic.

"I don't like what he's [Jay-Z] saying about how he had to come back because hip-hop's dead and we need him," Weezy told Complex. "What the fuck do you mean? If anything it's reborn, so he's probably having a problem with that. You left on a good note, and all of the artists were saying, 'Yo, this is Jay's house. He's the best.' Now he comes back and still thinks it's his house. But we fucked bitches in your bed already. It's not your house anymore and I'm better than you."

Weezy F. Baby also took the time to address Young Buck's recent comments on he and Baby's kissing. Last month on Sirius' Shady 45, Buck was asked to comment on the much circulated picture Baby and Wayne kissing to which he reportedly said, "

"For the average man, period...that's just something that don't float our fucking boats, man. Your lips don't go on no other man in no kind of fashion and I don't give a fuck if it was a fucking mafia shit."

Minutes later, Buck's commentary grew agitated when he revisited his days with Cash Money. Word is Baby and company gave the G-Unit soldier the run around back in the day, leaving him hanging at the Cash Money office several times. Buck then detailed that after leaving with Juvenile, he next saw Baby moments before picking up an MTV Video Music Award, years later. "Payback's a bitch, nigga," Buck shouted excitedly. "I've been real calm on them niggas. I ain't been wanna say nothing cause I know if one of them niggas say something towards Buck, I'm a end they fucking career. We can rap it out or we can play it in the streets."

"I'll Ja Rule them niggas over there, so leave me alone, nigga," he continued. "You think you got a problem with Juvey and B.G.; you'll have a true problem with me." Buck even expressed interest in signing Cash Money nemesis Gillie Da Kid. "Shout out to Gillie, nigga. I'm trying to sign you too," the Tennessee titan declared. "Gillie if you listening right now, nigga...I got a lane over this way. It's payback. Fuck it! I'm setting off the fucking war right here." Of course, Buck couldn't leave the station without licking a few shots Game's way. "And fuck you too Game for that last mixtape you put out," he burst. "I'ma tell you like this sucker.. Nigga, one minute you're talking about squashing shit and the people is even getting confused with your bi-polar looking like you having ass, nigga. One minute you're talking about, I don't wanna no problem with 50. Then the next minute you on a mixtape talking about, [Lloyd] Banks' sales... Like you the reason his sales and shit got a low first week or something. You a fucking bitch, boy. And when I catch you on these streets, nigga. I'm not gon talk."

In response to these comments, Wayne declared "I don't give a fuck about what he thinks or said. I'm rich! I'm something to talk about. He should have been promoting his album. These niggas know where I'm from. I'm from the city of death, nigga. We kill niggas for nothing. That's why they're doing it on radio stations and interviews. Them niggas see me and shake my hand and tell me, 'You the best, dog, keep doing that shit.'"

Wayne also sounded off on The Clipse and their longtime producer Pharrell, belittling the group's achievements and ridiculing the super producer's taste in clothing. "I don't see no fucking Clipse. This is a fucking legend you're talking to right here. How many years them niggas been around? Who the fuck is Pharrell? Do you really respect him? That nigga wore BAPE and y'all thought he was weird. I wore it and y'all thought it was hot. What I gotta go in the store and say, 'I like these colors but I can't buy them because other rappers wore them?'"

The December/January issue of Complex hits stands next Tuesday (December 12).

According to the NY POST... Jay-z and Beyonce will marry in a huge and lavish 4-day celebration...allegedly, with the general public believing that it is just another birthday celebration for the rap mogul, whose b-day wasDecember 4th.

The Post REPORTS:

WILL Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles finally tie the knot during his "surprise" 37th birthday party next weekend? Knowles, Jay and some Def Jam executives were at STK on West 12th Street on Saturday talking about the four-day "party" - but insiders say it will be more than a birthday celebration. "Beyoncé is throwing Jay a four-day birthday party, but it's really a wedding," said one source. Guests, including family and close friends, were told to have passport applications filed by last Friday so they can attend the bash on a yacht in St. Barts. But insiders said the guests will also be ferried over to Anguilla for the wedding at Cap Juluca, a five-star resort with Moorish villas. Another spy said Knowles and Jay-Z had toured the site earlier this year and approved it for their nuptials. Reps for Knowles, Jay-Z and Cap Juluca didn't return calls or e-mails. The rapper/mogul has dated the lovely Knowles, now bigger than ever with her star turn in "Dreamgirls," for four years.

When Chopper (a.k.a. Young City), formerly of Da Band, was debating which label to sign with after leaving Bad Boy, his decision came down to one thing. When he was down and out, Chopper said, fellow New Orleans native Baby of Cash Money Records provided for him.
The "Making the Band 2" alum explained he was upset by what he perceived as Diddy's lack of support for him when Hurricane Katrina ravaged New Orleans last year.

"I believe if I'm working with you, you are me," Chopper said. "You're a part of me if we're getting this together."

Chopper said he felt he deserved more based on what he had done for the label up to that point, including paying for his videos out-of-pocket and waiting patiently for his turn in the spotlight as a solo artist.
