Eminem filed divorce papers today (April 5), just three months after remarrying his ex-wife Kim Mathers.
According to Associated Press, two employees of the Macomb County clerk's office confirmed that Em (born Marshall Bruce Mathers III) filed the necessary paperwork today.
The two were first married in 1999, but that marriage ended in October 2001, with a legal battle over custody of their daughter Hailey. Kim and Eminem reconciled in late 2004 and Em went public with their love in December 2005. The pair remarried on January 14 in an intimate ceremony at Detroit's Meadow Brook Hall.
Eminem's spokesman, Dennis Dennehy, has yet to issue any announcements on the subject.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is still preserving his sexy with Proactive, despite false reports by several media outlets that were duped by SOHH.com's April Fools story about Diddy suing the makers of the skin care product.
What began as the SOHH's annual April Fool's joke this past Saturday (4/1) was quickly cited as factual news by several media outlets, who began circulating the story about Diddy's fake breakout... and breakup with Proactiv. The story hit across the nation, fooling outlets including New York radio station Hot 97, Much Music, EUR Web and even VH1's Best Week Ever blog.
The tall tale described Diddy, a spokesperson for Proactiv Solution, in a legal beef with the company after he experienced acne breakouts. The wild fabrication continued with Guthy Renker, makers of the product, countersuing Diddy for causing his breakouts by consuming too much Diet Pepsi.
Contrary to the story, Diddy is not suing Proactiv.
"Diddy has been using the skin care product for years and will continue to endorse the Proactiv in the future," says a rep for Guthy Renker.
Puff presently appears in the company's infomercial, citing, "Proactiv has helped me get my 'sexy' all the way right."Proactiv remains one of the world's most popular skin care products with millions of customers and celebrities like Alicia Keys and Vanessa Williams endorsing the brand.
"Our April Fool's Day jokes have become a tradition that SOHH.com fans look forward to annually," remarked SOHH.com founder Felicia Palmer. "We concocted the joke in the spirit of fun... in no way did we intend to diminish Proactiv's effectiveness in 'preserving [Diddy's] sexy and moisturizing [his] situation.'"
Previous SOHH.com April Fools stories included Pharoahe Monch signing to Murder Inc. and Mike Jones owing Sprint PCS a $250,000 phone bill.
