SOHH.com has learned that Jimmy Henchmen and Chris Lighty recently met to settle 50 Cent's lawsuit against Czar Entertainment Inc. and broker peace between The Game and 50.
In the suit, 50 charges that he agreed to a free interview with Czar Entertainment Inc. for a documentary about Brooklyn thug Kelvin Martin, known formerly as the "real" 50 Cent. According to the suit, Czar agreed to make a donation to the Martin family or the G-Unit foundation in exchange for the interview. The suit claims that Czar never made the donation and that the interview wasn't used in Infamous Times -Volume 1:The Original 50 Cent DVD. On the other hand, the Martin family has confirmed that Henchmen did indeed make the promised donations.
"I have been in constant touch with Czar Entertainment over the past year regarding The Infamous Times, Volume I: The Original 50 Cent DVD. I supplied information and pictures from Kelvin's childhood and Jimmy and Czar have kept their word on everything they promised in return," Patricia Martin, Kelvin's aunt, stated on behalf of the family. "Czar contributed a headstone for Kelvin's grave and, based on the sales of the DVD, we are expecting a donation to be made to our family. Our relationship with Czar is solid and we do not support Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson's allegations of misrepresentation."
According to an anonymous SOHH source, it was 50, not Henchmen, who initially agreed to pay for Martin's tombstone. Since then, Henchmen reportedly told several media outlets that the Queens rapper reneged on his promise. Encouraged by Flava Unit's Shakim Compere, Queen Latifah's manager, Henchmen and Lighty recently met to discuss a cease fire.
While Lighty hopes that Henchmen will retract his statements about Fiddy not paying for the tombstone, Henchmen says that it's now out of his hands.
"I can't take those words back. He gave up his services for free, and that was enough payment for even being involved in the DVD. We are very grateful of that; the fact that he didn't pay for the tombstone, that could've been his payment. And I'm cool with that, I could live with that," Henchmen revealed to SOHH.com.
Meanwhile, Henchmen believes that the lawsuit possibly has to do with 50's on-going feud with Game, which Henchmen manages through Czar Entertainment. The beef recently escalated with Game simulating the beating of 50 by hitting a man dressed in a rat costume during Hot 97's Summer Jam concert.
"That's a speculation, and I did speculate that before," Henchmen stated to SOHH.com. "We're just trying to get all this behind us and get into talks to bring peace between Game and 50. It's like the Jews and the Palestinians."
Whether he can take his statements back or not, Henchmen hopes he and Lighty will find a way to resolve the conflict by the end of this week.
"Me and Chris [Lighty] are businessmen in the same profession and we both are managers among other things. This lawsuit hurts both of our credibility and we are hoping to resolve the situation before the first court date," Henchmen explained to SOHH.com.""[I am] hoping for an immediate resolve at the end of this week, so we can get back to business. Just because it might take a long period of time doesn't mean it's not gonna happen. They both have strong leaders behind them [Me and Chris] and we are working on how do we make it better for these two guys."

Lauryn Hill's odd behavior stunned music fans and disrupted backstage handlers at the VIBE Music Fest in Atlanta this past weekend.
According to a SOHH.com source on the scene, Hill's entourage requested that the Georgia Dome's backstage area be cleared upon her arrival. Word is everyone backstage had to immediately drop what they were doing and leave the premises. Furthermore, people who couldn't exit promptly were told not to look at Hill as she arrived. Hill's handlers claimed the star didn't want people looking at her and anyone who was still backstage during her arrvial had to face a wall.
"As the event patrons enjoyed the show, the performers were having an equally good time backstage, fellowshipping via handshakes, smiles and blackberrys," explained SOHH.com's VIP source. "That is... until Ms. Hill made her unfashionable entrance into the Georgia Dome with her entourague, demanding the entire backstage area be cleared and that everyone drop what they were doing and scurry into the nearest nook or cranny. On top of that, if you were one of the unlucky people who did not manage to find a corner to huddle into, you were told you could not look at the Queen of England, er, New Jersey. You had to turn your nose to the wall third grade time-out style."
Once considered one of the game's top live performers, Hill appeared lost while performing on the main stage moments later. The artist formerly known as L. Boogie clumsily ran through selections from her classic 1998 LP, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, leaving attendees dumbfounded. Apparently, Hill's set lacked fluidity and songs were often followed by awkward silence. While Hill's voice was still top notch, her singing was unusually off beat and the former Fugee didn't seem to recall her own material. Troubled by the subpar performance, heads began leaving the venue midway through her set. After approximately 4 to 5 songs, Hill exited the stage by simply offering, "Okay, I'm out." According to SOHH.com's anonymous eyewitness, as people left the concert some were heard whispering, "This is the second time I've paid to see her and she pulled that sh!t."
Sources say Hill pulled an equally bizarre outing on the pre-taped season premiere of Russell Simmons Presents Def Poetry last Friday night. After being greeted to a standing ovation, Hill hardly strayed from her notes while reciting a poem entitled "Motives and Thoughts." After ending the poem, she straightened her papers, told the audience "Thank you" and revealed a brief grin before leaving the stage.
This doesn't mark the first time Hill has offered twisted behavior while performing. Back in 2002, the singer/emcee constantly broke into tears while performing acoustic material during MTV's Unplugged. About a year later, Lauryn bashed the Vatican and delivered a speech about repentance during a Christmas concert. Top Vatican cardinals and bishops were in attendance to witness Hill's outburst.
Rumors have persisted that Hill is mentally unstable while other reports speculate that she's being manipulated by a spiritual leader. Rumors have also circulated about her relationship with her husband Rohan Marley and possible infidelity.

Four months after being shot in front of Hot 97, Kevin Reed, one of The Game's close friends, has launched www.f#@$50cent.com.
Back in late February, Reed aka P-Nut, 24, was shot in the leg after confronting members of 50 Cent's entourage in front of New York's Hot 97 radio station. Reed along with Game and a few others were heading to the station to confront Fiddy after hearing the Queens rapper diss the West Coast emcee. The men were denied access to the building by 50's security and a shooting ensued resulting in Reed being struck in the leg. Several months later, SOHH.com has learned that Reed is behind www.f#@$50cent.com. Thus far, the web site features a forum featuring countless anti-G-Unit messages.
The site's launch comes approximately a week after several men picketed in front of Hot 97. During the protest, the men shouted, "G-Unot," threw up alleged Blood gang signs and wore t-shirts featuring a crossed-out rat. A few days prior, Game spent the bulk of his Summer Jam set also screaming "G-Unot" and airing out his beef with 50 Cent.
The G-Unot t-shirts went on sale on f#@$50cent.com and blackwallstreet.com yesterday.
