Lauren Hill has formally announced that her 2nd solo effort, Khulami Phase will drop before the end of 2004. She has also signed to performe at the Kool Nu Jazz Festival in Chicago, in addition to The Roots, Jill Scott, Big Boi, Erykah Badu, and George Clinton.

While the unmastered bootleg version hit the net sometime ago, Talib Kweli's Beautiful Struggle has a "definite" September 28 release date.
