For the past week, fans of the hit MTV series "Making The Band II" have been speculating on the final episode. In last week's preview, P. Diddy was shown giving the boot to Dylan while other clips hinted that Da Band would be dismantled. Others suspect that only Dylan and Frederick got terminated because neither participated in a taping of "Chappelle Show," which was filmed long after Da Band's final episode.

Word around the industry is that The Source magazine will be distributing a big pink slip today to cut down on their costs. The cost at issue is reportedly the $130,000 salary of one head honcho at the mag. Having only held her high-paying position for a short stint, readers should be on the lookout for a quiet and subtle change of the guard as early as the July issue.

Dame Dash and Victoria "Posh" Beckham have ended their hyped up collaboration, due to Beckham's manager's concern about her ailing career.
Dash stripped Beckham's voice off of the tracks he produced for the album and is seeking a new singer to record over them.
"I want people to hear the album but it will be with another artist," Dash told Hello Magazine. "A lot of work went into it and I don't want to throw it all away."
Trouble started brewing shortly after Dash signed the former Spice girl to model for his clothing company, Roc-A-Wear and agreed to produce a new album for the singer, after her career took a tumble.
Dash believed that he could reinvigorate Beckham's career utilizing his Hip-Hop know how and the muscle behind the $500 million-dollar Rocafella empire that he heads up with Jay-Z and Kareem "Biggs" Burke.
Her manager, Simon Fuller, completely disagreed with Beckham's decision to work with Dash and was reportedly happy with her decision to try her hand at another Pop album.
Fuller believes that Beckham's next release would be her last chance to show that she can sell records.
"Her management wasn't happy with her affiliation with Hip-Hop," Dash said. "They nipped it in the bud."
