Earl "DMX" Simmons was arrested Tuesday (Dec 24.) after police stopped him in Harrison, NY for allegedly driving his Chevrolet Suburban recklessly. According to West Chester County Police, Simmons produced incorrect information when asked for license and registration. DMX was charged with unsafe lane changing, failure to signal and possession of a forged document and released.
